Liam Payne Facts:
Getting to Know the “Romantic” of the Group
Liam James Payne
was born on the 29th August 1993 in Wolverhampton, England to Karen
and Geoff Payne. Liam’s journey to fame started in 2008 when he first
auditioned for the show “The X Factor” and Simon Cowell told him that he wasn’t
yet ready for what lay ahead, but he asked him to return in two years and
that’s exactly what he did. When he sang “Cry Me a River” during his audition, he
got a standing ovation for his performance, and he then went on to join the
group One Direction along with Harry, Niall, Louis and Zayn.
Liam has been in a
relationship with Danielle Peazer since 2010. They met on the show, where she
performed as a backup dancer. He has two older sisters, Ruth and Nicole, and two
turtles named Archimedes and Boris. His favorite chocolate is Maltesers and he
plays the guitar. Liam only has one kidney and so he doesn’t drink any alcohol,
and he is a member of the Scouting Association. There was a time when a fan
asked for his number – and so he gave it to them.
Liam studied at
the City of Wolverhampton College, majoring in music technology. He loves
basketball, the Toy Story films, and cooking. While he was at school, Liam was
bullied by classmates. He has a very odd fear of spoons, and so he eats foods
